I recently stayed at The Westin Washington D.C. City Center, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. I had a lot of fun throughout my stay. The food was genuinely excellent—fresh, flavorful, and far better than the average hotel dining experience. My room was amazing: spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was heavenly, and the overall atmosphere made it easy to relax after a day exploring the city. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, which made the stay even better. If you’re visiting D.C. and want a place that offers comfort, great food, and a memorable experience, I highly recommend The Westin Washington D.C. City Center. I can’t wait to come back!

I had a wonderful stay at the Westin Washington, D.C. City Center, and Barry and Iyana truly made the experience even better. Barry gave excellent recommendations and helped guide us in the right direction during the storm, which we really appreciated. His professionalism, friendliness, and local knowledge stood out. Iyana also went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of throughout our stay. Her kindness, attentiveness, and positive attitude made a big difference and did not go unnoticed. On top of that, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the beds were especially comfy—perfect after a long day in the city. Overall, a great stay with outstanding service. Highly recommend, and special thanks to Barry and Iyana for their outstanding hospitality!

John, GM so sorry I missed the window for the survey, thank you for reaching out I hope this review will suffice! The Westin DC City Center has been my primary hotel for DC Travels for the last 10 years. I feel like I'm home when I stay there at this point lol. When I tell my friends I'm coming into DC they already know where they can find me! I came in town for my birthday and The Boy is Mine concert on 11/30. The guest service team suggested Kitchen + Kocktails for my birthday brunch and it was a fantastic experience. I did have two grievances with the room, one of which you all declared an emergency and apologized for via email. The other was the bedding. I hadn't pulled the sheets back before returning at the end of the night. The sheets looked terribly slept in. At this point I think the masses know to expect that the sheets are not changed with every guest, but this was obvious. The sheets were turning in color. It could just be time to get new bedding inventory, but I had to get out of my head about it in order to fall asleep. Otherwise, friendly staff, beautiful lobby, great walkability.

As stated by many before me the hotel and their staff really make the stay feel excellent. Katie who manages the front truly brings a level of care and consideration that any customer service team would be lucky to have

The Westin DC City Center is the best hotel I have stayed at in the city. Yes, the building is dated, but the spirit of the staff is very much alive and present. Katie B., the Front Office Supervisor, is always a delight to see and talk to. She takes pride in her work and pride in her property. The same thing can be said for the F & B Staff at the hotel bar, especially for Barry, who remembers all of his guests and makes sure to make every single one feel special. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!! If you are willing to overlook some minor age related issues in the rooms for top notch service, this is the hotel for you!

I had a generally nice stay at the Westin Hotel in Washington, DC. The hotel was comfortable and well maintained, and overall the experience was pleasant. However, I was disappointed by an unexpected charge related to package deliveries. I ordered a few items online from Amazon during my stay, and I was charged around $10 for each package delivered to my room. This was not clearly communicated in advance, and the extra fees added up quickly. Aside from this issue, the stay was good, but I believe the hotel should be more transparent about package handling charges to avoid surprises for guests.

Great location in the heart of DC and convenient access to Metro stops. Breakfast was very good, and all service was uniformly great. During my stay, I had a small challenge with my room. Nothing out of the ordinary. What really stood out, though, was how promptly and professionally the staff addressed them. The Front Office Supervisor, Katie Boytim, personally followed up and ensured everything was made right. Her responsiveness and commitment to guest satisfaction exemplifies great service.
